Cutting edge litigation

Whether  going straight to the Wisconsin Supreme Court to annul Wisconsin's same sex marriage ban or defending against robbery charges of a 300 year old Stradivarius violin valued at $5 million dollars or challenging shackling of innocent defendants at intake court or even defending Jeffrey Dahmer's last victim Tracy Edwards, attorney Paul Ksicinski practices cutting edge litigation.

Did you know a person could be charged with murder in Wisconsin even if they didn't actually kill anyone? It's called felony murder and it is unconstitutional.  Read here the FOX 11 news story about my constitutional challenge to this unfair law.

I understand the gravity of a criminal prosecution and respect the stress to which it subjects my clients. Even if the prosecution seems to have a strong case, I will seek to identify flaws that we can use to build a criminal defense case for your liberty. I know how much a conviction can change your life, and I will tirelessly fight the charges against you.

A criminal prosecution requires a strong response, and it is not a road that you should travel alone. When it seems as though the weight of the world is on your shoulders, I am honored to be the one of the best criminal defense lawyers in Wisconsin who has your back. If you are facing criminal charges, you should make sure to consult the seasoned criminal defense attorney with over 25 years of experience referred to as excellent by Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice David T. Prosser, Paul A. Ksicinski.  I will  protect your rights and aggressively fight the charges against you.

Paul Ksicinski was the recipient of the Wisconsin Public Defender Performance Recognition Award that honored my “sustained outstanding performance” regarding client representation.  Wisconsin Justice David T. Prosser referred to my lawyering as “excellent” and “skillful.”  District I Court of Appeals has stated that I skillfully cross-examined experts at trial.  My years of experience have taught me how to defend all types of criminal defense cases: homicides, battery and disorderly conduct cases, sexual assaults, drugs, property offenses, drunk driving defense and other traffic offenses.

A segment about my client Universal Allah and his role in the most expensive robbery in Wisconsin history aired on January 1, 2015 on WUWM, Milwaukee Public Radio.  'The Lipinski': A BBC Documentary On The Stradivarius Violin Robbery And Recovery  http://wuwm.com/post/lipinski-bbc-documentary-stradivarius-violin-robbery-and-recovery  I was also interviewed by the BBC about representing Universal Allah and the Lipinski Stradivarius violin art crime. That interview and more is going to be aired on BBC Radio 4 at 1:30 London time. http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b04v2lyk

Paul A. Ksicinski is a featured lawyer on CRIME SCENE USA for his representation of Tracy Edwards, Dahmers last victim. It was a case with international headlines: STATE V. TRACY EDWARDS
Twenty years later almost to the day, Edwards was arrested on July 26, 2011 and accused of throwing a man to his death off a Milwaukee bridge.  I explained Edwards' life after the Dahmer trial as, " It's like Humpty Dumpty... It's like he was never able to put the pieces back together again."
